Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Brambly (“we”, “us”), a website-building service based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using Brambly you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. Questions? Email hello@brambly.app.
The service
Brambly lets you build and publish a website from a simple editor, served on a yourname.brambly.app address. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Brambly.
- You’re responsible for activity under your account. Keep access to your sign-in email secure, and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display it for the purpose of running your site. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload — including photographs — and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Brambly to publish or do anything that:
- is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful;
- harasses, abuses, or violates the rights or privacy of others;
- contains malware, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- uploads non-image files where images are expected, or otherwise abuses upload limits.
Anyone can report a site using the link in its footer. We may review reports and, where a site breaches these terms, suspend it (showing a neutral holding page) or remove it.
Free-tier limits
Brambly is currently offered free, with limits (for example, 50 photos per site). We may change these limits and, in future, introduce paid plans.
Availability
We work to keep Brambly running reliably, but during this early phase the service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we’ll change the “last updated” date above. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions? Email hello@brambly.app.
